Conditions of Use

All participants attending one of our programs will be expected to fill out a gift certificate redemption form in order to book your date. Upon booking your date, you have agreed to all terms and conditions of Doug Foley's Drag Racing School.

Refunds

Refunds are permitted within 30 days from date of purchase. No refunds will be given after 30 days for any reason. If you have a scheduled course, regardless of whether it is 30 days or not, there are no refunds allowed. Absolutely no chargebacks are permitted and all refunds must be handled through our office. There is a $25 service charge on all refunds.

Reservations

• $100.00 minimum deposit is required at time of booking for any half day driving programs.
• All balances are due 10 days prior to your scheduled date, you authorize Doug Foleys Drag Racing School to charge your credit card 10 days prior to the start of your scheduled course.
• All rides must be paid in full at time of booking.
• All reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis.
• No reservations will be taken prior to January 3, 2012 for the 2012 racing season.

Reschedule and Substitution Policy for Dragster Experience and Fantasy Rides:

Any rescheduling prior to 30 days before a scheduled date will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee before receiving your new scheduled date. Any rescheduling made less than 30 butmore than 7 days from the scheduled date will have the ability to substitute the participant for the same time and date and is subject to a $50.00 administrative fee, absolutely no rescheduling/substitutions will be allowed with less than 7 days notice of a confirmed course. 

Rain Policy

We will make every effort to run all sessions. In the past we have been very successful in getting our programs completed with minimal rescheduling. You must register in person, no matter what the weather looks like in your present location. Please show up or you will be considered a no-show cancellation and forfeit your tuition. If in the event the day is rained out, we will make every effort to get you rescheduled at a time convenient for all parties. There will be no refunds due to rain.

Seat Ticket Policy:

All seat tickets must be redeemed within the first full season from date of purchase.

Additional Conditions

As with any racing program, there are risks involved. Therefore, I understand that I am responsible for the first $5,000 accident damage I cause to any vehicle that I am operating.

Gift Certificates are good for 1 year from date of purchase.

No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. We will make every effort to get a course completed, if we are not able to complete a course due to weather, we will reschedule you for the next available date. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from date of purchase. Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days of a scheduled course will forfeit entire course fee.

I understand the school takes promotional footage and still pictures of students and I consent for them to use my picture or that of my spectators in any promotional way they deem necessary.
